You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Water on both sides!

You will love this place! Right across the street from the ocean and with an enormous sliding door looking out over the water, at a bank of mangrove trees, watching beautiful manatees and Osprey. You won’t find anything else like it! Two bed, 2 bath, fully furnished, and with new washer, dryer, D/W, AC, flatscreen TV, remote sound and seating. (Master BR also looks out on the Intercoastal.) Heated pool with loungers. Desk and taskchair, printer. Air fryer, sheets, towels, etc etc. Quiet as the Maine woods. High comfort seating on back deck. Easy access: no steps, and keycode doors.   
Full Internet service included. Save money: this rental is being offered directly to you. Three month minimum 50% paid at booking 50% upon arrival.  
  
You might want to book right away, because time is running out. Engaging a realtor costs you more money because you will have to cover the realtor fees.   
Great for families with older kids, romantic couples or a few friends sharing space for a getaway. Also great as a well-earned retreat for folks doing business in Miami/Dade, Broward or Palm Beach county.   
Sit on the inter-coastal in the evening or literally walk across the street to the free beach where there is a park with a sandwich/refreshment stand.  
Working bicycles, locks, electric tire pump, baskets, available.  
30-45 minutes to the Breakers resort, Four Arts Library and Gardens, Morikami Museum, Butterfly World, Gumbo Limbo, Lion Country Safari, Loggerhead Marinelife Center all along the ocean on beautiful A1A.
