HOUSE RULES: \- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE \- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old \- NO PETS \- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past. \- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time. \- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed. \- Please do not move or rearrange furniture. \- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed. \- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time. \- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings. \- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens. The quaint little town was so nice with excellent restaurants and shops to browse. The beach did not disappoint at all! The sand was great and the beach was very clean. The heated pool was a big bonus for our daughter, since this time of year brings a variety of daily weather temps. This is a property that will definitely be added to the top of my favorites list. I visited Rainbow Skies with friends and we were all delighted, the house exceeded our expectations. The decor is beyond beautiful. The living area, kitchen and bedrooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms all had very comfortable beds and pillows; and the sheets were warm and inviting. The location was perfect with only a short walk to the private beach. After the beach, we took advantage of the outdoor shower and sat by the private, heated pool for our happy hour. I look forward to staying again with my grandchildren, the pool, fun games and attractions within walking distance will make for a perfect family vacation. The grocery stores and restaurants were all very convenient as well.
