Children are not permitted to utilize the elevator alone. Adult supervision is required. Ensure person(s) utilizing the elevator have a mobile phone on them during elevator use. Close accordion and main doors tightly on all levels. Do not attempt to open elevator doors prior to the call light turning off. Smoking, vaping or recreational drug use is not permitted on the property. Underage drinking is not permitted. Please respect neighbors by keeping noise levels at a minimum, particularly in the late evening until morning. Report any damage or maintenance issues to the property management company immediately. Our properties are individually owned, so please respect them as if they were your own. Do not exceed the maximum capacity for parking spaces. Do not jump from balconies, windows, or furniture. The house is in a great location! The beach access was practically across the street! With only a few short steps to the beach, the house included all of the beach chairs, coolers, and sand toys you will need! It is also a quick walk to all of the islands shops, restaurants, and activities. The inside of the house is beautifully decorated and very clean. Everything is brand new! It’s very well organized and has everything you will need. The pool and outdoor tiki bar are very relaxing. The refrigerator in the garage made it very accessible to get to our drinks while lounging poolside. The elevator also made it very convenient to get our luggage up two flight of stairs.
