We called and they said they would send someone down... they sent us a new air mattress which ended up taking the living room space... this is not a big place so that mattress was in our way all week... everyday they said someone would fix the sofa bed, but we left and no one ever came... the condo is definitely adorable and very convenient to most things .... but i wanted a condo with sitting space in the day, and I did not get that... I had a queen air mattress in that space most of the week... the owners definitely have a beautiful place , and I would recommend it .... but any issues during a stay , from our experience will not get taken care off.. ##### angel z.
