COASTAL BREEZE OCEAN CITY Wilmington terrace apartment 3

This is the perfect place to stay in Ocean City for all types of groups. My place is close to many local restaurants, bars, and businesses. It is about a 2-minute walk to the beach and/or boardwalk. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and all others. It's a great place to stay at the beach and is close to everything that you want to do! Large 3 bedroom apartment with big living room, full kitchen, full equipment,2 parking, wifi,2 bathrooms and balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, and pans allowing our guests to save their hard-earned dollars eating in. The balcony comes with outdoor comfortable furniture. The living room is spacious and comes with a flat-screen TV and two pull-out sofas. The first bedroom includes two double beds, the second one has two double beds as well and the third bedroom includes two bunk beds. The office will be located in the same complex as the apartment units. There the guests will receive their keys. Pets are welcome upon request. There is A $25 fee per pet night applied. Guests under 25 must pay a $50 security deposit. The security deposit is 300$ for the other group. This will be completely refunded if the place is left clean and there are no damages to the apartment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards, money orders, cashier's checks, or cash at arrival. Extra guest is 20$ per night.

Please note, that guests must bring their own towels, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and top sheets. We provide pillows, pillowcases, blankets, mattress covers, and fitted sheets.

Great time at Ocean City MD

We had 13 people and 2 dogs and Apt. 3 at the Wilmington Terrace was a great place to stay. We had plenty of room for all - 1 child, 5 teens, 7 adults (included 2 seniors) and 2 dogs. The place was very nice, all kitchen and bathroom amenities worked well. The 3 bedrooms slept 4 people each and the sofa opened with a comfortable mattress of additional guests. The balcony/deck is a generous size. It is very close to the beach & boardwalk. Helen- owner/mgr. is wonderful to work with and assure all is good.Would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect location!

The place was right by the beach, ocean view was amazing. The place was clean and spacious. Only complaint was from the kids about the spotty Wi-Fi but overall 10/10 perfect for the adults!

The property owner was very responsive to any and all questions we had before and during our stay. The check-in and check-out processes were We were able to cook in the kitchen, as we wanted to eat in sometimes.very smooth and we were able to have a relaxing time!

Great location, so close to the beach!

The property is in a perfect location for accessing the beach and the fun in OCMD. While the unit itself is older, it fit our needs perfectly since it had plenty of beds. Its was very clean at check-in and the host was very responsive to our questions. It's certainly nothing fancy, but that's what we were looking for. None of the "fancier" places had enough beds for our group. And it's more affordable, too.

Great location

We rented this spot for a friends birthday beach weekend and had a great time! The location can’t be beat making it easy to go grab a snack from the place in the middle of your beach day. The AC can make it very cool at night so you may want to bring an extra blanket from home. We had a great time, thanks Elena!

No frills with a great location.

The property owner was there on property when we pulled up, ready to assist us with parking and check in. She even let us check in early and check out a little later and leave our car on their lot for a couple of hours extra at no charge since her next guests were not checking in until 4or 5pm. The apartment is not fancy but it is clean and you cannot beat the location. It is two minutes walk to the beach. So if you’re looking for something plush and bright and airy, this apartment is not for you. But if your goal is to spend a lot of time on the beach and check out the area/shop, then this location is perfect. We spent a good amount of time on the balcony which was nice. Also nice because with the kids I didn’t have to worry that they were gonna mess up nice carpet or anything, since the apt just has the necessities. Overall, was a good experience.
