Not to mention this gorgeous building is located on one of the most desirable beaches on the East Coast. Simply stated, there is something for absolutely everyone at The Quay. And why choose The Quay 2102, you ask? Two words - it’s stunning. Located high on the 21st Floor, the sweeping Views of both the Ocean and the Bay will take your breath away. Upon entering, the Colors of Sand and Sea will instantly make you feel relaxed - kick off your flip flops and let the fun begin….. Decorated with an understated and very tasteful Coastal Flair, Quay 2102 is warm and inviting. The beachy floors are reminiscent of a stroll on our famous OCMD Boardwalk, and the natural tones are so comforting. After a busy day on the Beach, you’ll love relaxing on the huge, comfy sofa and enjoying the Flat Screen TV and Free WiFi. Take in stupendous Views right from the sofa, or slip out to the Furnished Balcony, where you can see the waves crash on the Beach, and also catch a gorgeous sunset at the day’s end. Just the perfect place to begin and end every wonderful vacation day. Looking straight down the OC strip at night is quite a sight with the city lights dancing on the water. Just off the Living Area, the Well-equipped Kitchen will wow the Chef in your family. With Stainless Steel Appliances, gleaming Granite Countertops, and everything you could possibly need, mealtime will feel like anything but a chore. There’s plenty of room for all at the Double Sided Breakfast Bar, and the spacious Dining Area is just steps away with seating for 8\. Not one to cook on vacation? Take a stroll to one of many great dining venues, and The Quay is also a short walk to the Mall and other shops and attractions. The Quay 2102 sleeps 6 and is absolutely perfect for small families or couples traveling together. Bedroom 1 has a comfy Queen Bed, and the gorgeous combination of beachy blue with pops of coral. With a Flat Screen TV and lovely Views, it’s absolutely perfect. There’s a Full Bath convenient to both Bedrooms and the Living Area just across the Hall with a Granite Vanity and Custom Walk-in Shower. Bedroom 2 is a Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed and en-suite Full Bath. Serene colors of ocean and sea glass are fabulous, and there’s also a Flat Screen TV. The Master Bath also has a Granite Vanity and Custom Walk-n Shower (no bath tub in 2102). Making your way down the Hall, you’ll find a Size Washer and Dryer in the Laundry Closet, along with extra storage and work space for folding your laundry. As you can see, a vacation at The Quay 2102 is not just a place to lay your head at night - it’s a Vacation Experience. From beaching and swimming, to family fun gathered around the ping pong tables - there’s no doubt you’ll leave this Vacation without memories to last a lifetime. Cons - Wi-Fi, TVs and remotes not in working order and no instruction as to which remote goes to which TV. Key box on front door very difficult to open. Closet doors broken. Bathroom mats very, very dirty. Couch, broken down cushions and recliners do not work., no instruction on key fobs, game room, most games do not work, pool table takes money, but no pool balls, snack bar states open from 8 to 4, but during 6 day stay, never open. very loud Air Conditioner. ##### Katherine S. Nice and bright with beautiful views. Tastefully decorated with coastal themed decor. Meticulously maintained, spotless and fully stocked with all essentials. Very comfortable and homey. Building lobby and hallways could use an update but once you open the doors into the condo you won't be disappointed. Very nice large outdoor pool staffed with very friendly and interactive lifegaurds. Large sundeck with umbrellas and lounge chairs. And literally just steps from the beach with showers to clean off when leaving the beach. Parking was very close to the building. Especially liked the convenience of the large laundry carts that were provided to unload your luggage and belongings. This was a lifesaver! Building was secure and key fob was required to enter the building. Elevators were very fast and we rarely had to wait. Many restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, food stores and ice cream shops were within a short walk...we especially loved this. We can't wait to return! ##### Kimberly H. From booking, communication leading up to check-in, and communication upon arrival and departure, we were impressed by the entire process as well as the friendly updates provided by email and text! The property was everything we hoped for and more....beautiful, clean, and spacious enough for our family of three to enjoy! We loved having private beach access and the views from our balcony and bedroom windows were nothing short of spectacular! The view was excellent and we really enjoyed the balcony. The building is a bit on the dingy side, though. The common areas were not always super clean. We utilized the breakfast bar several times as well as the several games stores under the TV. We cooked a lot there, the kitchen had everything you would need to make a meal, you may want to bring a larger pan but there are two smaller ones there. We had a little issue with the air conditioning in the master bedroom but bought a fan to help move the air around which made it easier to sleep, we left the fan there for future use. Loved the garbage shoot!! Elevators were backed up day one with move in and again with move out but the rest of the week there was no issues. Would love to stay here again!!!! ##### Ashley R.
