Since it was the top floor you had a wonderful view of the bay area and did not have to worry about anyone above you making a bunch of noise. Hosts were great and responsive. Our only complaint is that it seemed that there was some type of water leak issues. Initial toiletries and all ammenities needed to meal prep were available. Nice Living Room setup with plenty of seating for an extended family. I came with my brother, his kids, my wife and kids and my parents. Its a little tight quarters but its at the same time plenty of room. 3 minute walk to the beach.
