The A/C did work well as did the wifi and TV. Issues/concerns: Given the very HIGH price, it was not nearly as nice as we had hoped. The walls were thin so heard lots of noise from next door, porch below, and rooms above. The front door had a window but no shade/cover so anybody walking by is looking right into the main living room and kitchen area. The door did not have a safety lock/deadbolt. The kitchen had very few utensils (and no knives but some forks and spoons!) The beds were not too comfortable - probably old mattresses. The room was clean and comfortable and we were able to bring our pup which was a plus! It’s very close to the boardwalk and beach and we were able to walk everywhere without having to drive anywhere! The place was beautiful. Every time we opened the door to go in or out all you could smell was clean. We traveled with our 4 month old granddaughter so that was incredibly important to us. We had the top floor of the building and could see the ocean and the bay from our balcony. The customer service was top notch. They always made sure we had everything we needed.
