Book your 2025 dates now! This beautifully decorated condo features 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The master bedroom has a king bed with en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a beautiful garden tub and a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed AND a twin over full bunk with an en suite bathroom that has a standing shower. The third bedroom has queen size bed, this bedroom has a full bath right outside its door. There is access to the 3rd bathroom from the hallway and has a tub/shower combo. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV. The living room has a large sectional sofa and a large flat screen TV. For those winter months, there is a gas fireplace to keep you cozy. This condo has top of the line furnishings from Bethany Resorts and Kendall Furnishings. The kitchen is fully stocked for setting up to 12, laundry room with full size washer and dryer, microwave, 4 TV'S, DVD player, central a/c, ceiling fans. Don't forget about the balcony with ocean and bayviews! The condo is NON SMOKING, no pets allowed. Occupancy Max is 10\. This condo has the perfect summer vacation location, conveniently located on 59th street (mid town) which allows for an easy walk to lots of restaurants, shopping, mini golf and bars. The condo is rented Sunday to Sunday from mid-June until the 1st week of September. The months of April, May, Mid June, September and October have a 3 night minimum. Just some of the great amenities: indoor pool, outdoor shower, multiple elevators, and 1 covered reserved parking space with additional parking spaces on premises!!! This condo does not provide sheets and towels. I do have an agreement with a rental company that will deliver your sheets and towels on check in date, make your beds and pick them up on your date of departure for the price of $130, this includes sheets for all the beds including pull out sleep sofa and 10 sets of bath towels and 2 sets of kitchen towels. The only thing you would need to do is strip the beds and put the soiled sheets and towels in the laundry bags and leave them in the master bedroom for pick up. Or if you prefer, you may bring sheets and towels with you for your vacation stay. Just send me a message if you would like to add sheets to your reservation. My place is close to the beach, great views, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the light, the comfy bed, the kitchen, and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). NOTE: This is not a high school senior rental unit. The condo is beautiful and decorated so nice and beachy. It was very clean when we arrived as well. The location was perfect. We were close to restaurants, mini golf, and not far from the boardwalk, about a 15 minute drive. We had beach access a few minutes walk away and it was great because there was a life guard on duty right in front of the condo. I liked that with having my children with me, made me feel very safe. The kitchen was stocked with all necessary dishware and beautiful pots. There is a coffee maker and blender as well. It was also a plus that our children stayed in the bedrooms at the front of the condo, and my husband and I had our bedroom on the other side. There are luggage carts and an elevator which make it super easy and time saving to unpack and check in. We were able to bring everything up in 1 trip. The parking was also right under the building, and we had 2 cars. We did have an issue with our linen package that we purchased but I contacted the owner right away and she was able to take care of the situation right then. I appreciated this so much. I would highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed. I’m hoping to stay here next year with my family again. ##### Sarah M. The king bedroom is especially roomy, and between all available beds there is room for 10 to sleep comfortably. This condo was in a perfect location close to dining, shops, and most importantly the beach! The owner was fantastic in communicating with me before and during our stay. The condo was sparkling clean when we arrived which made me feel safe especially during these uncertain times. It’s also a huge plus that this condo had a very nice washer and dryer available right in a closet off the kitchen! I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again in the future :) ##### Erica M. We We Came with in-laws, and our 4yo,2yo and 9 month old twin boys. The condo had a high chair and pack n play that we Appreciated having. The entire place was clean from top To bottom. The outside furniture was beautiful and very comfortable. The pictures on the website do not to this condo and location justice! The only thing that stinks is the indoor pool is only open 11am til 8pm due to them having someone there to watch the property, which I’m sure the condo owner has no control over but we would have liked to have went swimming earlier in the A.M. and used the hot tub later in the evening. Over all great stay and we will use this place again when we return to O.C. ##### Courtney D.
