Mayfair Beach 201 is a luxury condominium located on the ocean block. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony with a spectacular view of the beautiful ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Mayfair Beach 201 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals. The spacious, living room is furnished with a sofa, 2 chairs, a fireplace and with the television above. The sofa also offers a double-size sleeper. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the modern, fully-stocked kitchen with a wide, granite counter top with chairs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, television, and a private bathroom. Food Lion , 7 Eleven and Dunkin are right across the street and the beach is literally a block away. The condo has a ton of space which was great for privacy. My only issue was seating in the living room area. There is only a sofa and 2 chairs in a large open space which made it difficult for all of us to hang out together without sitting on the floor. A wrap around could easily fit in there and provide additional seating. That would be the only reason we wouldn't rent again. ##### Lisa C.
