It was a basic room, but it was very clean, the beds were so comfy. The location was perfect to the boardwalk, parking was horrible. The space was so tiny. The lady who ran the desk a receptionist out front was so sweet and helpful. I would definitely rebook in a heartbeat.

I am not sure where to start. Its more like a room in a house and its very dates. There was how ever a small refrigerator in the room. The beds and pillows are not the Hilton. But you get what you pay for. The parking is very very tight and can be challenging to squeeze into. The staff are very helpful and they did change out towels and trash.

Wonderful checkin. Fast. Nice. Big apt so we needed big parking. They accommodated us. Thankful. Did cut open foot on their old metal rusty chairs on porch, also sat in it and leg weekend and almost fell over. Cut is healing but was infected even after cleaning and cleaning. Kids could not be around those chairs with their little legs and feet also. We had to set one aside so no one would run into it. Great apt. Our family comes back every yr. Plenty of space. The wicker couch on porch leg was already broke, we had to prop it up. We had to take out trash daily because there was not a big trash can in apt. Needed a lamp in first room. Also no extra blanket… it did get cold but that was good that ac works really well. Worked really good!!!! Loved it! We love the porch it was out family place especially if weather was bad. Wish we could get a good price for next year and days we want now but their online won’t go out that far. All in all we will be back. Maybe we will rent the boardwalk house

We had a nice stay at the Beachwalk. We loved the location and the girls working the front checkin were wonderful!! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night after our walk on the boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again. Next time we would like to check into staying in the building facing the boardwalk, that looked nice.

It doesn't have a gym, it doesn't have free breakfast, it doesn't have bike rentals, or free water bottles or a cookies when you check in. But it's a clean, well-run establishment in a perfect location. I would highly recommend if you're visiting Ocean City.

Hotel was accommodating and super close to the beach. Staff is friendly. Bath mats would have been helpful, doors stuck to the primary bedroom door and the shower rods were rusted and took away from the potential of the ensuite. We were expecting bunk beds in one of the room but instead there were two full size beds, which we made work. Airbnb feel nonetheless. We’d stay here again.

Just what we were looking for -- simple, clean, basic accommodation VERY close to the boardwalk and beach. Room was clean and everything worked fine. Staff was nice, although we didn't need to interact with them much. Definitely a great option for travelers like us who aren't looking for anything fancy (and don't want to pay for what we don't need!)

Definitely one of the boardwalk hotels of all time

Booked two rooms and it was great for a boardwalk hotel! Super close to the beach. Clean rooms. Microwave and fridge. Economical. Now the minor quirks: the mattresses were old, the receptionist wasn't always there (we counted 3 different numbers to call/text to check-in and then had to wait awhile), loose doorknobs, you can hear folks walking up and down the stairs outside, and old window AC units.

Ocean City Beach Getaway

The Beach Walk was a great spot for our short getaway in Ocean City. The rooms were very clean, renovated bathrooms, and a fridge with freezer section. It is just steps from the boardwalk and beach and in a great location for beach shops and several restaurants. My only issue was the bed was very uncomfortable but the staff was able to switch our room for the last couple of nights which made a world of difference. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely go back!

We were traveling through and stayed one night. It was a great stay. Rooms were decent size and very clean. Beds were ok. We were on the third floor and stairs were narrow and hard with luggage. Would recommend lower level. Only complaint is parking. It was packed and we had to park a block and a half away. It was not well signed to show where we should park in the lot. A woman stopped us and directed us however suggested we leave the spot by morning. Normal parking lot was full. Otherwise location is right on boardwalk and very nice!!

We stayed one night at Beach Walk and it was a nice experience overall. It was great to be right by the OC boardwalk, where we could access dining, shopping, and the beach. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were lucky to get a parking spot in the small lot right next to the building. The only complaints I have- the blinds on the window by my bed were kind of messed up and the curtains were incredibly sheer. I could have used more darkness. Also, at the top of the stairs outside the floor where we stayed, the carpet was ripped. I tripped and skinned my knee. Hopefully that is fixed soon.
