Pool was the best amenitie, very clean and open. New gm was not very professional and definitely says one thing and does another, watch out for her. Some staff very friendly and helpful but the new gm outways the fact to never return to this location. Unfortunate

When i attempted to call the motel to confirm they received the reservation, the front desk hung up on me 3 separate times. Check in was smooth enough and they were helpful. As for the room, the bathroom door didn't lock due to the door being broken. Overall it was fine for the price of one night, but i would not have wanted to stay for long.

Its a motel with the conference part with no access. Its cheap and if all your looking for is a place to sleep at night it meets those requirements. Staff was friendly and probably the best part.

When I booked this room, the pictures posted, seemed wonderful, We arrived and the outside was very run down, not maintenanced at all. Check in was easy and the lady who took care of us was very nice. We got to our room and right off the bat couldn't find the light switch and no working phone was available. The front desk with no questions asked, put us into another room. Lights worked, we had a phone, but the TV didn't work ( we had a 2yr old with us and needed that entertainment). Once we turned on the night lights to the room, no big room lights or overhead lighting,only a reading lamp. The bedding was grimmy with black spots all over,dried blood and mold, not to mention the hard and very sharp bed coils sticking out into our backs! . The entire room had black mold growing from the ceiling and floors! The light would flicker on and off the entire night. The bathroom was disgusting! Mold and ants everywhere! No clean towels. I had to use alcohol wipes so we could even sit on the bed. The stinch of smell we endured all night was horrible! I 199999999% regret booking with this hotel. This motel actually should be shut down and out of commission, due to the amount of black mold and discussing upkeep we paid for our trip allow ourselves some sleep, in between. unprofessional owners,to say the least. I also have pictures and would love Expedia to reach out, to rectify AND no longer book for this location!!! Next I will go to the local news and bring my proof of the fillth.

My room was so Spotless, Staff had came in before I arrive and set my thermostat so when I arrived my room was nice and toasty. And the next morning the ⁿ female at the front desk Angelina greeted me with a nice hot fresh cup of coffee and Mr Johnny played Bellhop and loaded my luggage for me. What a great group of workers and let's not forget JP who is always got a smile on his face and wonderful mannerisms about him self

Worst motel6 I’ve ever been to. Not worth the low price. Roaches in room, sketchy characters outside hanging out at night, trash outside near parking lot, weird area. Good part was the front desk staff was very nice and accommodating and helpful. Wouldn’t return here though

My stay was epic. As always when I stay at this particular 6. The Staff is a force to be reckond with. Mr Johnny is always running aound doing his meet and greets with guest. Angelina always on point. Customer service Desk is always busy. How they find the time to cater to the guest the way they do is very commendable. My room was warm and toasty and smelled so fresh and clean when I arrived. And the fresh hot brewed coffee hit the spot. You did it again motel 6 conference center thank you for making us feel like family and catering to all this old ladys needs. Kudos sincerely Tamichelle S.

King bed with 1 pillow, requested another pillow 3 times. Never came. Floors filthy, bathroom door broken into. Curtains falling down. Ice machine didnt work. Stayed 1 night and checked out. Upside..very sweet front desk person on am shift. Minnera I think her name was and nice pool i didnt use DO NOT STAY HERE...YOU WILL BE SORRY!

For what it's worth it's a great price however I asked for two queen beds or double beds and had a room with one king. The toilet paper was about three thirds gone and a replacement wasn't available either. Again for what it's worth it's a great price but not ideal for family. Most room you walked by smelt of marijuana so it wasn't my cup of tea.

We were not expecting the Ritz Carlton. I only needed a room to rest for the evening. We arrived at 11:30 PM and when we got there, the room was not available. They needed to clean and we had to wait about 20 minutes. I had requested a ground floor room, which I knew was not guaranteed and it wasn’t available at the time we arrived which I understand but my father is 89 years old and has a difficulty walking and the hotel does not have an elevator to go to the second floor as I said, I wasn’t expecting anything great but when we did get into the room, even though my reservation stated we had three adults they gave us one towel so I had to go back down to the check-in window outside and ask for additional towels. The room was much as you would expect in a one or two star motel so don’t take this wrong it’s served its purpose sleep for a few hours and get back on the road. The staff was very pleasant though.
