"The property was in a remote area and no transport to get into town except for irregular buses. No staff that speaks English or communicate effectively. No staff to talk to if any danger or emergency event occurs. This property is a remote dead-end area. The property is good, clean and the staff are nice but they speak little to no English. The dining and restaurant is closed almost throughout the day. The breakfast is very limited and very low quality. I think everything about this property...
"Petra was the perfect hostess. We were hoping for a refrigerator and the next morning she had one in the room for us! She was a joy and took so much pride in the property. If we had stayed in Apenzell like we’d originally planned, we would have missed seeing Lindau, which was a favorite, along with Bregenz and Dornbirn. I highly recommend this property."
"Very responsible staff"

We went for dinner in the restaurant as there is really nothing else in the area. The service was super slow and all the tables were getting very frustrated. Breakfast was plentiful, but the quality was poor....
"It was great experience . Beautiful location and clean room and service .highly recommended. No AC but can open windows"

The hotel is clean, modern, and well-designed. Despite being right by the station, once the window is closed, you can barely hear the trains passing through, which was a pleasant surprise. I particularly liked the bathroom layout—the toilet has its own separate door, while the shower and sink areas are separated, making it very practical and comfortable. My train...
