Malisima experiencia y falta de profesionalismo.

Malisima experiencia nuestra habitación estaba sobrevendida, tuvimos que ir a buscar otro alojamiento pero igual les agradezco nos hicieron un favor el lugar es muy rustico, demasiado queda muy alejado y escondido y son estilo casas prefabricadas. No lo recomendaría.

Dump, should not be on Hotels.com

Pretty place upon arrival. But... No one at reception, so had to call, then wait for 1/2hr; rep arrived, had no record of booking. Insisted on being paid immediately with pesos, as not set up for credit card. Broken beds, bad smelling linen, holes in bed sheets/ curtains/ towels, bathroom below basic, no hot water in sink, WiFi not working long enough to get connection. Dogs nearby barked all night, neighbor played same song for hours. Was warned to "lock the gate myself b/c of neighborhood".
