Master suite on main living area, queen bedroom and full-over-full bunk bed with trundle bedroom upstairs near open loft. 2 full baths, half bath on main level and ground level near outdoor shower. Perfect for your family vacation and making lasting memories!
Welcome to Seagull`s Song cottage! This new construction 1800+ sq. ft. 3 bedroom home is in the heart of Oak Island and a short walk to the beach and the Middleton Park Complex where you can enjoy the splash pad, pickleball, tennis, playground, outdoor concerts at the amphitheater and much more!
Dining-in made easy with the well-equipped open kitchen and electric pellet Pit Boss smoker and grill. You can enjoy seating options indoors and outdoors.
Open living area on the main floor with easy access to laundry room from both MBR and kitchen.
Upstairs loft provides separate entertainment location equipped with TV, and card table for board games, puzzles, or if you must check in with the boss - laptop use.
