We had 22 people stay and everyone gave multiple compliments about how big and spacious every room was. The pictures truly do not even come close to showing how spacious every single room was. The pool and hot tub also made for a great time! The walkability to the beach access and great restaurants is truly amazing when traveling with such a big group. We even had a friend leave a shirt on accident and the owners are sending it back for free, even though we offered to pay for shipping. There was plenty of room for our large family and the large kitchen was great for cooking. A couple of things we did notice was that some of the furniture in the living room and some of the beds could be replaced a few people did not sleep well due to the beds. Also the cleanliness could have been better. It appeared the cleaners just did a quick surface clean and there was mold in the some of the bathrooms. The weather that week was extremely hot and humid which made the pool and ocean a hit! There was a special feel to the home, we loved it and will cherish the memories made. Interesting thing, 8 years ago we gathered as a family in a large home on the beach in Oregon, its name was also Sand Castle- the name must be good luck for our family! There is so much room and everything is absolutely perfect! We had 23 people stay for a long weekend and had no issues! Larry and Rose are great to work with! However, our rental was unacceptable ….. The house itself was big and spacious and well stocked. However, it is roach infested, very dirty mold in the bathrooms and showers many of the appliances were not working or broken and very unclean. The ice maker not working, one side of oven was broken, hot tub and pool needed attention, outside grill not cleaned rusted out. Though the owner responded to our concerns the problems were unresolved. I have stayed and rented many properties. This is the first time I’ve had issues of these concerns and so I would not stay here again or Recommend this home to anyone. ##### Mrs Robbie D.
