Enjoy the breeze of fresh air of the countryside from the shaded patio while enjoying a barbecue with friends and family. The home has a relaxing view of the backyard and is located in a quiet neighborhood but still close to all the great shops, restaurants, and beaches. The space The warmth and texture of hardwood floors throughout the home complement the cozy sunroom extension - the perfect pair for your morning cup of coffee. The home is built in a spacious land with lots of outdoor space that offers exclusivity and a calming ambiance. The 4-bedroom home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests with a large master bedroom on the first floor and more rooms on the second floor. Our favorite part of the house - the entertainment room in the basement. After dinner, head downstairs to play cards poker ping pong or watch movies. Then, at the end of your day, climb into any one of our memory foam mattress-topped beds for a peaceful and comfortable night\`s sleep. Unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $300 which will go towards a deep cleaning of the property. CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we\`re able to accommodate an early check-in, there\`s an early check-in fee of $50 starting at 10AM. But there were a few things that bugged us, like propane tank on grill was empty, back porch light out, we never figured out the front door lock (seems broken), asked us to start laundry but there was no detergent, no spare toilet paper …and we kind of expected these things for $700+ per night. Also we expected adult size ping pong table, but it’s a mini one. Two things that would have been nice are screens in all the windows and a welcome/instructions/local info sheet available in the house. Overall a decent place. ##### susan a.
