The property is a absolute gem in the Bear Tooth Mt's.. We feel blessed the owner allows people to rent and experience the beautiful landscape in the area. We definitely recommend the area for dirt biking and fishing. Would definitely come back again. Thank you!

We was there before most of the town had opened for the season. Staff was very friendly and plenty of local wildlife. Had visit from friendly fox and mama moose and calf right in parking lot.
