The staff is amazing and they are very nice, super easy check in and check out process. The location of the hotel is super near the train station and easy to navigate. The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, they provided excellent service in a great location of Numazu. Highly recommend to anyone, even if you don't speak Japanese. This is right next to the train and bus station as well, a very easy way to catch a 10min bus down to the fish market!
