Location: the apartment is located in the heart of Numana, along Via Matteotti, a continuation of the famous \\"Via degli Oleandri\\", a wonderful tree-lined avenue overlooking the sea that connects the center of Sirolo to that of Numana. The town center is 100 meters from the apartment, while the wonderful \\"Spiaggiola\\" is only 700 meters away.  
  
Description: first floor of a building. Completely renovated and tastefully furnished. Large living room with double sofa bed and dining table - separate kitchen with dishwasher - master bedroom with double bed - second bedroom with two single beds - bathroom with shower and washing machine - shared garden.  
  
The house has a wonderful sea view from each of the bedrooms.  
  
Air conditioning.  
  
A pass is available to park in the blue lines of the municipality of Numana.
