The studio is located in an apartment building and is practically furnished. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to its sunny location. Available for shared use: garden shower, barbecue facilities and courtyard.

Novigrad. The studio is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives in the house. near the beach Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.
