Room Maria in Novés is the ideal accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. Consisting of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, it can accommodate 2 people. Additional shared services include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), common kitchen area for all guests, shared garden with barbecue, shared lounge with 2 TVs, as well as beach/pool towels. Bearing in mind that the use of the common areas is for all guests, reasonable use should be made of the facilities, utensils and kitchenware in common, so that it can be used by all guests who need it. A cot is also available. This accommodation does not have: air conditioning.  
  
The property features a shared kitchen and outdoor area with a pool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace, and barbecue. Pets are accepted; however, guests must consult the property before making a reservation, whether booking the entire house or just rooms. For exclusive group rentals, a maximum of two large or medium breeds or three small breeds is allowed, with an extra fee per pet. For individual room bookings, one large or medium breed or up to two small breeds are permitted, each available for an extra fee. The property reserves the right to accept or refuse reservations if other guests have allergies or other concerns. While the property values pets, it also prioritizes the comfort of all guests.
