We checked in rather late at night, but the front desk greeted us kindly and was very accommodating. While we had a problem with our shower being too hot (scalding) they immediately responded to remedy it and switched our room. They also stored our luggage for free. Hotel perhaps a little worn at the edges. Only thing that let it down was the area the bottom of the stairs which we walked down instead of waiting for the lift. We had to walk over broken dirty tiles to get back into Reception. Second stay at this hotel and glad I returned. Lovely and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Room nice and comfortable. Breakfast good choice. Is a great location in the city. Only issue was the scary carpark - really steep slope and corner to navigate.
