Nottingham's bustling city centre is a 10 minute walk away where the Victoria and Broadmarsh shopping centre's are home to a huge John Lewis and many other high-street shops. Due to the high level of improvements to the city's centre, there is a string of side streets and pedestrianised roads with lively cafes and independent boutique shops and lovely cocktail bars. It is within easy walking distance of Trent University and a short bus journey to Nottingham University and the Queens Medical Centre. Nottingham's football and cricket stadiums can be reached in a short cab journey.

This apartment is 1.7 km from National Ice Centre. Trent Bridge Cricket Ground is 3.1 km from the apartment. The nearest airport is East Midlands Airport, 18 km from the property.

PLEASE NOTE; There is a gated parking with designated parking space. The parking space is opposite the block entrance and the parking permit provided must be displayed all the time.

The fob and permit will be located on the sideboard in the hallway of the apartment.

Lost Fob will incur a fee of £100 and lost permits will be a fee of £50.

This accommodation is self check in and there is the option for paid parking nearby. The entrance and stairs/elevator are shared with other apartments, so we ask you to please wear a mask and adhere to the 2 metre social distance when you access them. There are supermarkets nearby, some with options for click and collect or home delivery so you can stock up with whatever you’ll need during your stay. The parks and green spaces are open, so you can delight in going for a morning run or an evening stroll should you fancy it. This property is welcoming, comfortable, secure and will be the perfect home away from home.

Additionally, please note that as the property is situated within a residential building, it is possible to hear sounds originating from surrounding homes. These sounds are beyond our control.
