The grounds were a good size, well maintained and great for sitting outside. Dinner was very good in a conservatory dining room. Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful, happy to chat and offer advice on places to visit and things to do. Slightly disappointed with the evening meal (chips didn’t appear to be freshly cooked) but breakfast was excellent. Lovely bathroom, but very little space to put your own items and could do with some extra towel rails. Thank you to the staff who were all very friendly and attentive.
