The cosy house of Chapel Break is only a 14-minute drive to Norwich centre and only a 5-minute drive to get to main transport routes such as the A47\.   
  
If you are visiting with family we suggest you visit Namco Funscape which is 10 min walking distance from home. It is popular with parties for bowling, pool tables and video games plus a sports bar, diner and coffee shop.   
  
And this is the perfect property for you if you come to the area for the fishing season because it is only a 4 min drive to the popular Bawburgh Fisheries (Norfolk's premier specimen fishery).

The house is located in the Western part of Norwich and is within driving distance to the majority of restaurants, fresh markets, supermarkets.  
  
However, Norfolk is a big area, with many things to see and do. To make the most of your trip, we always recommend guests hire their own transport to see all Norfolk has to offer.  
  
And one of the cheapest rates for car hire that we found is “Norwich Car Hire” - we suggest you book your car as soon as possible to make sure you do not miss the opportunity.

By the time you arrive, you’ll have a key code sent to you by email. This email will have a code from the key box and all necessary instructions on how to access the property. But just in case you have any questions we are always a call away.  
  
While you may have the house to yourself, you won’t be alone when it comes to planning your trip. We are more than happy to help you with local activities and recommendations.  
  
We do have several rules to make sure we keep our properties in the best condition for your arrival.  
1\. No smoking, please. (apart from the outside areas - use ashtrays provided)  
2\. No pets.  
3\. Maintain the property in good repair during your stay (as you find it upon entry).  
Quiet hours between 9 pm -8 am on a weekday and 11 pm - 8 am on a weekend.  
  
We take great care of our homes, and to keep them in top condition, we ask for a small protection amount for each stay. You can choose the option that works best for you:  
  
\- £200 Refundable Security Deposit – Fully refunded within 10 working days after check-out if no deductions apply.  
\- £18 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver – A simple one-time fee that covers accidental damage up to £200—no deposit hold, no refunds needed.  
  
\*Guest Verification: To ensure a safe and secure stay for all, we kindly ask for a valid form of ID from the lead guest before check-in.  
  
Your check-in details will be sent once you've selected your preferred option.  
  
If you have any questions before booking, please feel free to contact us.  
  
The stair gate is inside the cupboard in the master bedroom wardrobe - let us know if you want us to put this up for you before your stay.  
  
We require digitally signed terms of stay the first time you book with us - send via an email link. This helps to ensure the property is kept in excellent condition for all our lovely guests to enjoy.

Although we only slept there as we were visiting family, it was nice to come back to a comfortable house. The biscuits, tea, coffee and toiletries were a nice touch. Definitely book again.

This is a lovely property in a good location; quiet neighbourhood, near public transport and Roy's shop & cafe. Great for those who like to walk everywhere too. The house is exactly as described in the information, it is comfortable, cosy and neat.
