It was very comfortable & well equipped. There is plenty of parking outside the front of the cottage which was never that busy. It’s located in a lovely peaceful village and the views of the river and beyond are wonderful. The village has two great pubs, a good fish & chip shop, local shop & cafe all within a couple of minutes walk. We found plenty of places to visit in the area, all within a 30 minute drive, including Great Yarmouth, Pettitts Adventure Park & we also visited Fairhaven Woodland & Water Gardens which is well worth a visit. It is remote enough so that you can enjoy the peace and quiet, yet only 20 minutes from Great Yarmouth and Norwisch-ideal! The house is beautifully maintained and very clean and tidy. Tony is an excellent host and his communication with us prior to and during arrival was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to others. It is suitable for families of 5, or 3 couples (as long as one couple doesn't mind bunk beds. Great amenities in the village including 3 pubs within 2 minutes of the cottage (both serve good food) a terrific café 1 minute walk from the cottage with awesome cream teas and a local shop selling all the necessities should you run out, oh and a chippy on Thurs, Fri & Sat nights!!
