You will be staying right next to the Grammy Jay ski run, which takes you to the Village Double chair. Ski from your door to the lift and ski back! Skiing doesn’t get easier.

The golf course is a half mile from your door and the tram to the top of Jay Peak is just beyond the golf course. Only a 5 min walk to Mountain Kids Adventure Centre and the Clips and Reels Recreation Centre.

The bright, well-appointed kitchen is the perfect gathering space for family and friends, with bar seating for four, a dining table that seats 8–10 (with an additional leaf), and everything you need for home-cooked meals.

Enjoy your own ski locker, a mudroom with plenty of space for hockey, golf, or ski gear, and washer/dryer!

Sleeping arrangements:
• Main bedroom with 1 single-over-single bunkbed and 1 single over double bunkbed (sleeping 5)
• Second bedroom with a double and 1 single-over-single bunkbed (sleeping 4)
• Living room with Double sleeper sofa

• No smokers
• People who smoke on the property or leave an odour of smoke are subject to:
o $150 fine
o Removal from the property without a refund
o A negative review with the following explanation: “Guest breached house rules by smoking”

We are sorry, but we do not allow pets at this time.

Check-out
• Throw all trash into trash cans
• Clean all dishes (running the dishwasher is fine)
• Wipe down kitchen counters,
• Return all furniture to their original locations when you checked in
o We understand rotating the angle of upholstered chairs but prefer you do not move large furniture such as sofas, beds and upholstered chairs
