The other bedroom nearby can use the other hall bathroom). The 2 larger master bathrooms have jetted tubs. 8 king size beds, 2 queen size beds, and 2 single sleeper sofas. 4 ocean view bedrooms with balcony access. Top of the line bedding in all bedrooms. \-- FEATURES -- Spectacular ocean and marsh views. Steps to the beach (directly across the street). Close to the grocery store, restaurants, treat shops and shopping. Fully stocked chefs’ kitchen with two refrigerators, expansive counter space, a huge island, plus lot of cabinets for plenty of storage space! Laundry room with full size washer and dryer plus a 3rd full size refrigerator. Hair dryers in every bathroom. There is room for everyone to gather in ONE space! The main floor has an open concept making it a versatile space for entertaining! The kitchen, dining nook, great room, and bar provide one shared space with an abundance of seating. This space can be further maximized with an indoor/outdoor feel as the french doors open to a balcony with views to the ocean and offers that salty air that everyone loves. There are a total of twenty-two different seating spots within this space. Pack-n-play and booster seat. Game room offers gaming galore! There’s a pool table, air hockey table, and a shuffleboard table that also does bowling. 4 beach cruiser bikes, 4 helmets and 4 locks. 4 boogie boards, 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and 8 beach towels. Outside offers a large community pool, hot tub, putting green and barbecues. Rarely are more than two houses at the pool or hot tub at the same time. JBL portable Bluetooth speaker in the kitchen to take anywhere with you. Blazing fast Wi-Fi speeds throughout the entire home. Ten top of the line Samsung smart TVs throughout. Including two 70”, five 50” and three 40” TVs all wall mounted and located in the great room, game room and all bedrooms. All TVs offer Netflix and Hulu streaming. Ceiling fans in all rooms and bedrooms. Central heating and cooling throughout the house. \-- GENERAL INFORMATION -- You will have access to the entire house, except for a few storage closets and garage cabinets that are locked off for the owner’s belongings and supplies. Please note that the pool closes October 31st to April 1st and the hot tub closes after the first weekend in January to sometime between mid to late February. Also, the heat pump on the hot tub doesn’t work very well when its below 45 degrees in the winter. In an effort to protect our property and our guests, security cameras are at entrance doors only. We are committed to your safety and privacy. If you plan to travel during hurricane season or want the option to cancel your plans for another unexpected reason beyond our cancellation period, we recommend purchasing travel insurance through a third-party company. We personally own and manage this home and take great pride in keeping it in top condition for our guests. It is very important to us that our home and our neighbors are treated with respect. While this is a great house for entertaining, it is not a “party house”. We do not allow big parties, weddings, or large gatherings beyond the quantity of people in the booking without owner approval at the time of booking. Quiet times, per community ordinances, are 10pm- 8am and are strictly enforced. We do however want and expect you to have a great time and a memorable experience. Minimum rental age is 25; the booking person must be at least 25 and must stay at the property the entire duration of the booking. Proof of age is required. No pets allowed of any kind. No smoking allowed of any kind inside the house or on the balconies, however if smoking is necessary, smoking is allowed in front of or behind the parking carport. Cigarette butts must be picked up and placed into the garbage can. There is plenty of parking. 5 parking spots total. Linens, towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are all provided. A starter supply of consumables is also provided. We have done this multigenerational family beach trip for 10 years and this property delivered well above our expectations. Our 15 member family had a fantastic time. The property was clean & had large bedrooms & enough bathrooms for all guest. Location was across the street from the beach & close to anything we needed including the Cherry Grove fishing pier. Our host was very attentive. He kept in touch months ahead of our arrival date. The location of the house was perfect with very easy access to the beach. The house was just as described. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and we never felt crowded with our large group. The kids enjoyed the game room in the evenings. The pool was a shared pool among other homes but we rarely saw any other families there at the same time as us. The owner thought of everything you might need at the beach from a portable speaker, boogie boards, towels, and bikes. Communication with the owner was extraordinary. He was very prompt and checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. Our washer broke during our visit and the owner had a new one delivered that same day. We wanted an experience where we were walking distance from the beach and all of us could comfortably fit in one location. This location and housing option checked all of those boxes. There were 8 bedrooms with nice size beds and TVs in each rooms, many of the rooms had access to a private patio/balcony set-up, and there were so many things provided from towels, a Keurig machine, beach chairs, multiple refrigerators, dishes, laundry pods for the washer and dyer, game room, Netflix access, etc. Additionally, Jay was very responsive and addressed any question or inquiry I raised (exceptional customer service). An added benefit was that we were less than a 2 min walk from the beach and a private pool. Lastly, there was ample parking on site (we had 6 cars) and the neighborhood was safe. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. NOTE: It is a 4 story location, so please be prepared to walk up and down steps if you sleep on the top floor. Also, the home is really nice and the main level (shared space) looks modern and chic. ##### Chante' C. We were 7 guys on a golf trip. We each had our own room. The house was clean. The owner/management company were excellent communicators. Everything was exactly how we expected. The group only had one small gripe. The mattresses are pretty soft and mushy. If you think you are renting at the Ritz, I suggest you move to the Ritz. Its clean, it good but its not the Ritz.
