Floors (used bandaid and hair), dirty counters, dirty dishes in the DW. Dirty underwear in the drawer and on top of dryer. Took several days orf emails and calls to get someone to clean the floors for us. I was relieved that we had bedsheets and towels delivered. They were wrapped and smelt clean. We did like the building and I have to say the lobby and elevator floors were cleaned frequently. Pools clean, food really good at the restaurant and pool bar. Would stay again renting direct from Bay Watch. I should have been refunded the cleaning fee. I cleaned everything myself but the floors. ##### Connie T. The condo itself was gorgeous with updated appliances and plenty of space. All the appliances worked. My only complaint was it was not cleaned well. There were snack wrappers between the nightstand and bed when we got there. The bathroom sinks had toothpaste specks all over the faucet and mirror and granite counter top. The kitchen appliances like the oven and oven drawers were caked in grease and crumbs. There was unknown food between fridge and oven crevices. There were peoples shoes left out on the balcony. The bed topper quilts were not washed. The blankets in the closet were clearly wadded up and not washed for who knows how long. The time spent having to make sure the basics were clean was really annoying and time consuming. The noise outside down by the pool during the day was also too loud to take naps. We felt safe, had lots of fun, and enjoyed the restaurants, pools, beach access. Convenient location to restaurants, shopping & fun. The living room/dining room furniture in the condo was disappointing. Dirty, worn, uncomfortable. A tiny table with only 4 chairs in a condo that sleeps 8-10\. We kept the sofa covered with a sheet to avoid the dirt. End tables/coffe table was dirty…footprints, finger prints, sticky cup rings Would not rent condo again unless furniture was updated.
