It was neat, clean, and comfortable. I was told the neighborhood was “in a rough part of town” but I saw nothing to cause me concern. The location was very convenient, with easy access to I-40 and close to the capital. The house is beautifully decorated. I had good communication with the owner. When I contacted kaplana the day I arrived she informed me that the exterior was “ not finished “. Well-it looked like a crack house. When I explained I felt unsafe she said she had a security system. I think if she felt the need to let me know it was “unfinished” she knew that i may have an issues so why not tell me at the time of booking or in the listing. Very misleading.
