Clean and crips, yet warm and inviting, this space has a something for everyone in the family to enjoy. Conveniently located between two of the regions best ski resort, 2min from North Conway Village and within walking distance of one of towns best restaurants. Within 1min of the Saco River and Echo Lake you really will be in the heart of the valley, surrounded by everything you need for a memorable and relaxing vacation in The White Mountains. Ideal for families and mature renters. With inviting bedrooms fitted with luxury linens and fixtures, accompanied with a fully equipped kitchen mean that you will want for nothing while you stay and play in The White Mountains. Guest arrives to a welcome gift and are invited to enjoy complimentary tea\`s and coffees during their stay. Access is via a private door with a code. There is free & off road parking for up to two cars ONLY. Ring camera at entrance. Noise monitoring software on site - decibels only. This townhouse is a part of an association in one of the most sought after areas in the White Mountain Valley. Just a 2 minute drive in to the village of North Conway, 1 min to the Saco river and Echo Lake and sandwiched in the middle of the areas best two ski resorts - Attitash (10min) and Cranmore (5min). One of the best restaurants (and a favorite of locals) is within walking distance from your home away from home. One of the most convenient location in the valley with everything you need to enjoy your stay within a 10 min radius of your vacation spot. This home is geared towards families or mature/responsible couples sharing. Absolutely no parties, smoking or pets. There is a ring camera at the entrance and also noise monitoring software on the premises. There is a permanent resident who lives next door and quiet times need to be respected between 10pm and 8am. Parking for 2 cars only. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival. Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance. We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided. Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues. An additional fee will apply if cigarette butts are found in the yard. Cooling: One window unit on the first floor and another on the second floor—provided from May 1st through September 30th. The top bunk is for children only. This is a professionally managed vacation rental. This home was immaculate with impressive attention to details and nicely decorated. I stayed here in August 2024 with my husband, children and parents. We had plenty of space and plenty to do! The neighborhood was quiet and the scenery was beautiful. It was very easy to access North Conway and all area attractions. Linens, towels, and toiletries were included. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious. The kitchen was stacked with everything we needed and more, including some dish soap, a sponge and dishwasher pods! Laundry was an added bonus! There were a/c units in most rooms, which worked great in the August heat! The property management was readily available and made the check-in/out process seamless!
