Everything is close to the accommodation, the location is about 10 mins walk to the hotel strip and less than 5 minutes away from shops and restaurants. Location is perfect.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Divi Village. This was a very expensive vacation, and unfortunately it was nowhere near worth the money. One of the biggest issues was the shuttle service. The shuttles were barely running, making it extremely difficult to get around the property, especially since I was traveling with young children. We spent far too much time waiting or trying to figure out how to get where we needed to go. Another major problem was that there was no water in our room, which is simply unacceptable for a resort charging premium prices. It made our stay uncomfortable and frustrating. The only positive part of our experience was the food and the restaurant staff. The meals were very good, and the people working in the restaurants were kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. They were the highlight of an otherwise disappointing trip. Overall, I would not recommend Divi Village. For the amount of money we spent, I expected much better service, reliable transportation, and basic amenities. Sadly, this vacation did not live up to expectations.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We had to contact the hotel staff multiple times to have our bed linens changed because they were stained. We also were not placed in the king room we had reserved and instead had to push two beds together when we first arrived. We requested the room to be changed. Throughout our stay, we repeatedly had to call the front desk to have issues addressed, and in several instances, we ultimately had to walk to the front desk ourselves before any action was taken. Overall, the lack of attention to cleanliness, room accuracy, and customer service made our stay frustrating. Based on this experience, we will not be staying at this location again.
