The well-equipped kitchenette with dining area is perfect for sharing meals, while the east-facing balcony, complete with seating and a parasol, offers the perfect setting for a relaxing breakfast outdoors.

A special highlight is the private beach access, located about 500 metres away, where you can relax. Additionally, depending on availability, you have the option to flexibly book two additional double rooms with private shower rooms for travelling friends or family.

The nearest train station is about 500 metres away and is easily accessible on foot. For getting around locally, a bike rental service with a wide selection of bikes is available.

Amenities for a completely carefree stay:
Upon arrival, you’ll find freshly made beds, carefully laid out hand towels, shower towels, and dish towels, as well as a starter kit with cleaning, dishwashing, and hygiene supplies. Final cleaning, bed linens, and one set of towels per person per week are included in the price; additional towel sets can be booked at any time as needed. Free parking is available right next to the house, and a lockable bike garage is at your disposal.

Important Notes:
Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted in this accommodation. Flexible check-in and check-out are available seven days a week, and thanks to the key safe on-site, even a late arrival is no problem.
Upon arrival, you’ll receive the Echt-Bodensee Card, which grants you free admission to the Nonnenhorn Beach as well as free travel by bus and train within the Lake Constance-Upper Swabia Transport Association (bodo) area.
