After 5 mins,she showed up,and not going to help us with the luggages,just stand there.BTW,there are steps at the entrance of the hotel,so you have carry your luggages. And I booked a transportation service at 9am. But she knocked our door at 8:30am told us the car is here. I told her I already discussed with Timothy( from Snow Crystal) by Email before we came to Niseko that I need the car on 9am. And she talked me like:Have you seen the letter I put in your room? The units are new, well kept and the concierge help was exceptional.
