Great value for money

Stayed 2 nights on business & got a very good price (~USD60 incl breakfast). Quite new hotel - very nice room and great beds. Breakfast good quality but lack choice for western style food - no continental. Big new & exclusive shopping mall within 5min walk with tons of restaurants. Would/will stay again.

Great Stay

This is a very comfortable hotel. The location is great with the exception of a bunch of subway construction that makes it a little difficult to drive to. It is quiet. Good restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff. I've already stayed here twice in the past month.

people smoking in the hallways. People staying next to us very loud and no security rounds. the lobby was extremely "hot" and didn't have the AC on. The best person was the maid, who was kind. If you want to get a restful sleep this isn't necesarily the place

Despite the hotel claimed that all rooms are non-smoking, both my room and the entire hotel lobby did smell of cigarettes. Otherwise, this hotel is almost perfect for such a bargain price.

Bagni vecchi. Da molto tempo non trovavo in hotel di questa categoria il bagno senza doccia e con la sola vasca con la tenda di plastica. Non era presente neanche il supporto a muro per il flessibile e quindi per lavarsi è necessario tenere in mano il doccino. Per quanto mi riguarda è una mancanza abbastanza grave, per il resto tutto OK.

Pessoas da recepção mal falam inglês. Café da manhã fraquíssimo para hóspedes estrangeiros. Restaurante não serve nenhuma comida internacional e estava fechado as 20h.

Good but used to be better

I stayed here in June and then again in October and noticed a big difference. The hotel was less clean, service had gone down and hotel looked like it had more wear within such a short amount of time. I booked a non-smoking room and they put me in a smoking room which I had to complain about to get a new room. The new room they put me in looked like no one had stayed in for months. Full of dust and mirrors hadn't been cleaned. The key card on my door kept deactivating because the battery was dead which was a big inconvenience. Also it was very loud near my room because it was near the service elevator and one night all you could hear was yelling between a group of women, Whether it was employees or other guests I am not sure
