« malgré un bon accueil lors de l'arrivée et en prevenant que je pourrai quitter l'hotel le lendemain ! j'avais retenu cet hotel pour 2 nuits ,suite aux info et avis de TRIP et d'Expedia ,afin de visiter UDINE et ses environs ,malheureusement pour des raisons personnelles très tristes ,j'ai du quitter l'hotel au bout d'une nuit et l 'hotelier n' a rien voulu savoir et m'a facturé 2 NUITS ! il n'a méme pas fait un geste rejetant la cause sur le fait que j'avais RESERVé par EXPEDIA ! c'est...
