The staff was very friendly. Fast check-in and check-out with no issues! Second time staying here and will stay again!

Great location! However, while the property was generally clean and staff generally friendly, our room was not made up until 5:00 one afternoon 20 minutes before we needed to get ready for dinner and one day not at all. We did not have the do not disturb on the door and we were out all day, both days until we needed to get ready for dinner. Upon leaving the hotel, there was a pair of dirty underwear on the sidewalk right outside the revolving doors. We went to a Cubs game and inquired at the Customer Service desk about the best way to get back from the game, Uber, Taxi, etc. We were told that you could easily get an Uber after the game. What we weren’t told is the Uber is not permitted to drive within several blocks of Wrigley after the game and we had to walk to a specific location outside of the “no Uber zone” to get a ride. Please don’t give incorrect information if you don’t know the answer.

Large rooms, excellent view and location

This is our 2nd time staying here and it is wonderful. Very nice staff, close to everything. Highly recommend!

The staff were very friendly and had great food and activity recommendations. Facility was clean. Walking distance to downtown, Navy Pier, Millennium Park. Highly recommend this hotel.
