House was super clean, and pretty comfy, lots of sunlight coming in. Owners were very accommodating, left a crib high chairs and some toys for our 2 year old. The house was spotless, well stocked (pans, silverware, etc.) with everything you would need in the kitchen. The beds were comfy (and I am picky.) Plenty of space in the main floor living areas. Lots of light throughout. The deck was wonderful, with water view and plenty of shade. We walked around the neighborhood each morning and evening, everyone we saw was friendly, saying hello. The beach is a 30 second walk away, and they have beach chairs and an umbrella to use. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. Rent it, you will not be sorry.
