It's just a three-minute walk to Crescent Beach and just a few minutes more to McCooks Beach or to the Niantic Bay Yacht Club. You're an easy 10-minute drive to Dominion Millstone, 15 minutes to General Dynamics/Electric Boat, and 20 minutes to the Naval Submarine Base. The house has two bedrooms and can sleep up to 6\. Fully-renovated kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, and all standard kitchen supplies provided. House has central heat and a/c units for year-round comfort. Private back yard has patio seating, gas grill, and room to play and relax. Need special accommodations? As another review mentioned, with a few small improvements (i.e., new windows and some cosmetic repairs) this cottage would be stellar. The kitchen remodel was unfinished. There was no hardware. There is a foul odor that permeates the entire house perhaps from the shag carpet. The coffee maker had moldy grounds. There are mismatched and old window treatments and the furniture is depressing. Some of the ceiling tiles were up with tape which let go during our stay.
