George 24 has been designed and rebuilt from the ground up for the perfect family holiday experience. The garden boasts Hot Tub and luxury alpine sauna, large gas BBQ, dining space and far-reaching Newquay town and sea views.  
  
The inside is dominated by the beautiful open plan kitchen with banquet-style dining table and social lounge space; the perfect space to catch up with your nearest and dearest.  
  
There is a separate cinema room with Bose surround cinema system perfect for rainy days, Film nights and the kids will love the PS4 and games choice on offer.  
  
3 of the bedrooms have ensuites, there are another 2 shared family bathrooms and another WC.   
  
Please note, there is a jacuzzi bath in the main family bathroom which is not currently working.

With black-out blinds, comfy seating and a wall-mounted state of the art TV the lounge is the perfect place to cuddle up and enjoy a film. The house comes equipped with a PS4 for gaming that is also linked to a fully paid for Netflix and Prime Movies account. A full SkyTV package is also included, not forgetting the top of the range surround sound.   
  
Open plan kitchen / dining / chilling room  
Ultra-chic and contemporary styling by an award-winning interior designer means the kitchen at George24 is beauty and functionality at its best. Moulded worktops, matt black cabinets and rose gold fixtures leave you expecting Kevin McCloud to walk through the door; the term 'grand design' couldn't be more apt!   
  
A breakfast bar with seating, utility room - complete with wine cooler, integrated washer dryer and dishwasher, large fridge/ freezer, double oven, combi microwave and touch button halogen hob the kitchen at George24 has all the mod cons.  
  
Large solid wood dining table with benches provides a great dining area. Overlooked by a wall mounted TV   
  
A large corner sofa provides a comfortable and relaxed place to chill, with a view of the terrace garden through the full glass wall and bi folding doors.  
  
Private Terrace Garden  
Open up the bi folding doors from the living area and find a great outdoor space, perfect for socialising. Stone walls and cedar cladding frame a BBQ, large table for alfresco dining, sauna, and a 6 man hot tub! All with a sea view!   
  
Bedrooms  
With six spectacular bedrooms, George24 is an overnight sensation. Kids love the funky pod-style bunks (which are still comfy and large enough for an adult) and master bedrooms with balconies within a saltsplash of the ocean.  
  
The bedrooms at George24 were designed with comfort in mind without giving up a modern design aesthetic. You can’t help but be impressed with George24s glamour and style. Highest quality, über-comfortable mattresses through-out. Breath-taking very large sea view balconies.  
  
Bathrooms  
With 5 bathrooms including glass walls and natural slate tiles to wall mounted taps in mirrors, massive double head showers and deep luxurious tubs, our facilities are the finest in contemporary styling.  
  
Please note, the jacuzzi bath in the family bathroom on the first floor is not currently working.  
  
Additional information  
We provide all bed linen and towels which are freshly laundered prior to your arrival. A travel cot, highchair and baby gate can be provided on request – please note these items are subject to availability so the sooner you can let us know the better. Check in is from 16:30 and check out is before 10:30\. Late check out is available for an additional cost.   
  
Well behaved dogs are welcome at George24 - there is a charge of £50 per dog, and it must be arranged prior to arrival with the owner. (max 2 dogs)  
  
We have great relationships with other companies in Newquay and have put together a comprehensive guide with our recommendations of things to do, places to eat etc in and around Newquay. We can also arrange certain activities for you such as surfing lessons, coasteering, cocktail making workshop or a home visit from a beauty therapist - just ask Issy for more information.

Points forts : Propreté

This was a beautiful property. It's displayed as shown in the pictures. I'd highly recommend for larger groups. Plenty of sleeping spaces and comfortable too. The jacuzzi and sauna are great for relaxing and are a nice feature. Parking for a large group is difficult though due to only one car being able to fit in the driveway and some parking restrictions on roads nearby. There is free parking on a few side roads but hard to come by. The property is on a hill too so can be quite tricky walking back. The property itself is amazing, clean and modern.

Beautiful and modern house…we enjoyed our stay, but the only issue is the hot tub is not clean, loads of dirt noticed in the water, which is disappointing because we don’t want to use the hot tub again.

#### Great stay in Newquay

Had a really good time staying at George24 in Newquay. It was a shame there was a mixup on arrival with the code sent on email to unlock the key box being incorrect, meaning we ended up having to stand in the rain while trying to call the host to get the right code. Still, these things happen and once we were in, it was a great place for us all to stay. The hot-tub was excellent, as were all the bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. Really appreciated the basket of goodies left for us as well. Thanks to Issy for being on hand to answer questions beforehand and for getting us the right code in the end. If you're looking for a great house just a stone-throw from the famous waves of Newquay, you can't really go wrong here.

#### Fun times in Newquay

A great property if there are a large group of you, kids included. The owners have really worked hard on making this a really comfortable place to stay. The downstairs cinema room kept the kids occupied for hours in the evening with the PS4 and endless supply of DVDs. The bedrooms with the bunks, featured some of the most spacious bunks ever. The adults in the group found plenty of room in the cold drink chiller. Overall, it was a perfect base for us to explore West Cornwall.

Property is excellent. Our family of 11 thoroughly enjoyed the home. The younger members were very happy with the media room. Owner and assistant were responsive when contacted. FYI - we were visiting Cornwall from Washington DC.
