Location cannot be beaten, on a quiet road just a stones throw from Tolcarne beach, and a short stroll into town.The house give plenty of space for everyone, me and my partner stayed with his sister and partner and we were not in top of each other. Bedrooms are spacious, have hanging space with lots of hangers, bed are comfortable.Due to the fantastic weather we spent little time in the house, but it would make a very good base for a holiday in less predictable weather, with games and jigsaws available.Would definitely recommend, thanks for the great stay. ##### nicola h. Booking was easy, Lee was extremely helpful and friendly with excellent communication throughout. Enough off-road parking for two cars if required. With only a short walk to Tolcarne and Lusty Glaze beaches we were in our element. Town was easy walking distance too and when we came “home” at night the street was lovely and quiet apart from the seagulls (not a lot you can do about them!) We we’re so lucky with the weather too. Smart television with Netflix for the cosy evenings in. Lovely shower in the upstairs bathroom and has a downstairs cloakroom with W/c that is very handy. All 3 bedrooms are ideal sized. We felt it was in an ideal area for heading to the beach shops restaurant and having a parking space on the drive was just perfect. ##### Janine E. Driftwood is a lovely spacious homely property I really could live here... the rooms are beautifully decorated it has everything you could want washer, dishwasher, digital TV , PlayStation 2 and lots of games for the children! The beds are amazing and the shower was lovely! The walk to the closest beach is 2 min walk town is around 6 min walk and the shops , bars and restaurants are amazing! All the beaches in Newquay are stunning give them all a try ... you are also spoilt for choice for supermarkets and if you need something in a hurry tesco is a 2 min walk ... all in all our stay was brilliant just needed to stay longer ! The house was clean, quite roomy and comfortable, kitchen well equipped ( only very small or large saucepans - we could have done with a couple of middle sized). Shower good, towels fluffy, bedding good. ( The twin beds are low, some elderly may have difficulty getting out. Also shower is over bath, so have to 'climb' in). Wi-fi good. Easy flat walking to town, easy driving or buses from house to beaches, towns and other areas of the county. Shop just round the corner very handy. A good base for our holiday. ##### Cindy A. Perfect for walking to the beach and the park or relaxing in the house and outside space.
