Designed for both relaxation and recreation, this home has something for everyone—whether you’re unwinding in the hot tub, gathering around the fireplace, or enjoying a friendly competition outdoors.

Step into the bright, open-concept main floor that features a cathedral ceiling and large glass windows that flood the space with natural light and  showcase views for miles! 

The Main floor consists of the kitchen, dining area seating for 10, bar seating for 5, and a cozy living room centered around a large wood-burning fireplace

Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook and entertain

Large indoor wood fireplace—perfect for chilly winter days

Each bedroom features its own individual temperature controls for personalized comfort

Fast Starlink WiFi for streaming, remote work, or staying connected

Game closet stocked with a variety of board games

Outdoor Amenities:

Massive 60’ x 120’ multi-sport court for tennis, pickleball, and basketball

Six-person hot tub, maintained at 100°F year-round

Outdoor camping area stocked with firewood

Weber gas grill on the back deck for easy outdoor cooking

Large connect 4 game and corn hole game by the outdoor fireplace. 

10 minutes from little buffalo state park which has a lake,  hiking paths, picnic tables and a large public pool open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. 

Sleeping arrangements: 

Each bedroom includes individual temperature controls for personalized comfort.

Bedroom #1 = Queen bed , baby crib and changing table. 

Bedroom #2 = King Bed , workspace 

Bedroom #3 = Queen bed

Bedroom #4 = 2 Queen beds. 

Lounge area has a sofa bed , inflatable mattress and extra bedding. 

Lower level has the bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, lounge with gas fireplace & 50" TV,  washer/dryer,  games, and direct access to the hot-tub deck.
