The best means of transportation, if you’re not driving to the destination, is to rent a car or hire private transport (Towncar). There are also rideshare services like Super Shuttle and of course curb-ride services like Uber and Lyft as well as taxis. It’s a 3-story beach house and guests will need to climb stairs to reach the upper levels. Reliable Wi-Fi, TVs w/cable & Netflix, XBOX 360 game console, washer & dryer, bed linens, bath & beach towels, and beach essentials/beach chairs are provided free during your stay. There’s no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like the place cleaned at any point during your stay, that service can be arranged for an extra fee. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. HOUSE RULES: \- Travelers must be at least 25 or older to book. \- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. Using recreational drugs or partaking in illegal activity on the premises is also strictly prohibited. \- No parties or events are permitted, and excessive noise is not tolerated. The home is equipped with noise sensors that will notify us if the volume at the home exceeds the acceptable level. And no loud music is allowed after 10 pm.
