This Happy Guest house is central to everything.  
  
Located in the inner suburb of Newcastle, you are only 5 mins from shops, Mater Hospital, 15 mins from beaches and 45 mins from award winning wineries in the Hunter Valley.  
This guest house is fully furnished and has all the modern conveniences and all you need to fully enjoy your stay. The studio has kitchenette, full bathroom, queen bed, sofa bed and smart TV.  
  
\- TV with free WiFi and Netflix.  
\- Modern bathroom with shower.  
\- Fully equipped kitchenette if you want to cook your own meal.  
\- Air-conditioner and fan  
There is no garage, however, there is ample on street parking for guests to park and a carport at the top of the driveway.  
Other things to Note  
The ‘Happy guest house’ is located in a residential area, and there is a strict 'No parties or Events' policy. We request that all guests to respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly late at night.  
You are welcome to use the outdoor table and chair in the backyard.  
No pets sorry!
