« Our family had an excellent, memorable stay, including our pups. The home offered plenty of comfortable spaces for everyone to sprawl out and was wonderfully quiet and private. Each evening we watched the sunset over the marsh from the backyard, which backs up to the dunes and felt magical; the fire pit was also a nightly favorite. It’s also an easy walk to the main strip and many beach access points. Micheal was incredibly friendly and responsive, Highly recommend! »

« We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful home in Newbury, MA! My husband and I stayed here with our four teenagers, and everything was fantastic from start to finish. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed.The view of the river was stunning, such a peaceful and relaxing backdrop. « The stay was great overall. When we entered the rental unit there was a lot of sand throughout, and the trash barrels were full and had not been taken to the curb (they had food items left in them so there were some maggots in the barrels, unfortunately). Aside from some trouble trying to fit our garbage into the barrel before the midweek pickup everything else was pretty smooth. Two things I would suggest is replacing the bug screen on the main sliding door, it’s a wonderful feature to have in...
