Tastefully presented by Hendley & Co - a local design boutique - this unit offers serene views and all amenities you need for a comfortable stay. High end furnishings throughout provide a relaxing stay or a peaceful work environment. Ferry to Beacon within walking distance. Fast Wi-Fi, Samsung washer/dryer, and a walk-in rainfall shower. Monthly stays welcome. A few things to note: entry requires operating an electronic lock on the exterior door, as well as another electronic lock on the interior apartment door. We will provide full instructions for operating these devices ahead of check-in. Also, please note, there is an exterior flight of steps required to access the main entrance to the building. Some of our elderly guests have noted the steps are on the steeper side, but they do have handrails on both sides. All amenities and things that I needed. Stan was very responsive and I had no issues while I was staying. My only complaint was during the month I was staying, many of the neighbors were lighting off fireworks and being loud in the parking lot at night, so it was a bit disruptive.
