The space
The apartment belongs to an old Victorian style house built in the 1800’s.
Clean, smoke free and pet free apartment. Bathrooms are steamed cleaned to kill all germs.
The space has a business class theme complete with conference rooms and desks throughout.
Family oriented space.
Cats roam outside. Please pet them at your own risk.
Other things to note
We speak fluent English, Greek, Portuguese and conversational Spanish.

We do not allow pets in the house and apartment . No exceptions.

All bedrooms five bedrooms have air conditioning. The other areas of the apartment have ceiling fans or box/window fans. We do not have central air.

Common outdoor areas may be shared with random cats seeking attention. Caution is advised.
There are cats, Deer, rabbits and other wildlife. Although they may appear friendly please understand that animals have inherently unpredictable behavior and to be cautious when present. You must use your own judgement and understand that any interactions you have is at your own risk. We cannot and will nnot be held liable for poor judgement and abnormal behavior.

this place is a 10/10 very spacious, extremely clean ! I Had a small gathering and was able to enjoy myself . The Host deserves 100/10 . Very accommodating and was there through out the process of me booking all the way to my check out date ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This property was perfect for our large group! The main floor had ample room for spreading out and having different activities like being in the kitchen, watching tv, or playing cards on the large “meeeting” table. The bedding was nice and fresh and the bath towels were readily available. It was a nice location for visiting our son at West Point and the Hudson River is stunning! The owner was very friendly and responsive and even went out of her way to contact me about something we left behind and mail it home to us!!

Easy checkin and LOTS of space

The owner was quick to reply to questions and the check-in/check-out process was very easy. The space wa even gmbigger then I realized. Overall great space and will stay in again :)

Convenient Stay for West Point Family weekend

We stayed for 2 nights for West Point Family Weekend. Location was very convenient to get back and forth to campus. There were 8 of us (including parents and grandparents) and more than ample space for comfortable sleeping. Most reasonably priced no-frills home we could find to have all of us under one roof. Less expensive by far than 4 hotel rooms. Plenty of parking. Owner was extremely kind and helpful at check-in and even helped carry bags into the unit (located on 2nd and 3rd floors of a large period house).

Nice Stay

Hosted a little birthday weekend at Anna's VRBO and we had a great time! We got the second and third floor of he house to ourselves with a private entrance. Place was clean although there were some bugs, as to be expected in a woodsy area.

Team reunion

A perfect place for a group of 50 something college team mates to stay over night after a daytime event nearby. The draw for us was the ample space outside at the fire pit or inside in the dining / living room to rehash old stories, along with a full kitchen and outdoor grills. This is on the second and third story of an old Victorian home with charming mismatched decor and a separate entrance Great owner (on-site) with patience and flexibility as we coordinated logistics

Amazing birthday

I had this place for my birthday and Anna the host was nothing but kind, she even left me a birthday basket with some goodies. The place was very spacious and so perfect for a group get together. I would definitely book this place again

Good Experience

We were travelling a lot while there, we used this as a home base. One night we were able to cook steaks on a grill and have a nice home cooked meal. Lots of room to sit and talk comfortably.

Spacious Family Getaway

While we didn't realize the property was an apartment within a large Victorian house, the rental included two stories and was so spacious that it felt like being in a separate house. Our host provided the utmost in privacy yet was super responsive to all our needs. Nine of us stayed at the rental and we had ample room to play, eat, sleep and just hang out together. A very family friendly VRBO!
