We’ve lovingly owned this home for nearly 50 years and have recently remodeled and updated it. Located on one of the best spots on Brooks Lake! Light, bright and spacious with two living rooms, and two decks with stunning lake views. Private sandy beach and dock. Shallow, sandy swimming area. Boat launch nearby if you desire to bring your boat. Or rent our pontoon to cruise the lake. The charming town of Newaygo is less than ten minutes drive. Sleeps 6 privately. Central Heat/AC. Kayak. BBQ Grill. Outdoor tables/umbrellas. Parking for 4-6 vehicles. Please note: This property sets on a hillside and encompasses four levels from garage to beach. Access to each level is by stair. This place was the best place we have rented over the past 10yrs. The house is freshly painted and updated, most everything seemed new. Beds were comfortable. Towels were new and fluffy. Everything we needed was there for us with the exception of a can coozy and smores sticks. But don't worry, we left some after purchasing them at the dollar store. Not a lot to do in town but we were ok with that. Do NOT go to the little Mexican restaurant. Worst food ever! The ice cream places were yummy though! The lake was awesome! Our kids enjoyed swimming in the shallow water and taking the kayak and paddle boat out. There was plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, and the inside was clean, nicely finished, lots of natural light with beautiful views of the lake. The lake wasn't loud or overly busy even on a mid-summer weekend. A great spot to relax. We rented their pontoon boat and really enjoyed being able to cruise around on the lake. My only note would be that it was an older boat and none of the gauges worked, so we couldn't tell if it had any gas in it at first. It had amazing lake views. Our relaxing morning coffee on the deck with the fog on top of the lake was incredible. The house was super clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Quality bedding, bath towels, and beach towels were provided and the beds were comfy. Ryan and Jen were quick to respond to questions. We all highly recommend staying here. ##### David W.
