It was an adorable 2nd floor apartment unit! There was a strong urine smell upon entering and the electricity had a hard time keeping up with all of the ac's running at the same time. The houses were all tall and skinny so it was fun to get to see how they were laid out. The neighborhood was pretty quiet, everyone respected night time, there were no loud cars or music. It was the perfect distance from the ferry into New York and Newark-Penn Station. Overall the house had lots to do with cards and board games, the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, and he had air conditioners in every room. I would stay there again. ##### Jana H.
